I have always been interested in healthy living and well being, but my career as a Nutritional Therapist began after I suffered with my own hormonal imbalance condition, which wasn't being fully resolved by conventional medicine. I was told I should just take the pill or medications for very heavy, irregular periods and wasn't offered any other real solutions - leaving me feeling unempowered and un-fixed! I decided to take control of my health to address the root causes and explore alternative, natural options that would offer me long term results. As I implemented changes, my body started to re-balance and my symptoms gradually reduced until I felt normal again!
I saw a nutritional therapist who helped me identify causes and adapted and supplemented my diet to support my nutritional deficiencies. I also had acupuncture and took herbal medicine. As my condition greatly improved, I continued to learn more about natural health, nutrition and herbs and gradually changed to an organic plant based diet, which brought me further health benefits.
I wanted to help other women suffering with similar issues who also need these tools. I decided to re-train, to deepen my knowledge of nutrition and naturopathic therapies, so I could specialise in Women’s Hormonal Health.
I believe the current Women's Health paradigm needs a new approach, to be more integrative and take into consideration the whole-woman, her body, mind, emotional and environmental factors. I am keen to play a part in this paradigm shift and have chosen to dedicate myself to the Womens' Health Revolution!

I am passionate about natural approaches to Women’s health from whole organic foods, to herbs, supplement therapy and mind-body practices. I truly believe that with the right balance of nutrients and lifestyle medicine, you can optimise your body’s self-healing mechanisms to restore and maintain optimal health.
I aim to give you the facts, practical tools and support, to inspire and empower you to take control of your own wellness and reclaim your health.
I use a naturopathic, functional medicine and whole-woman approach to health, which treats you as a whole person and acknowledges that all your body systems are connected and affected by lifestyle and environmental factors. I aim to get to the cause of your health issues, rather than following the conventional medicine approach, of only treating symptoms.
I identify and remove obstacles to your healing and recovery and support your body’s self-healing processes, naturally. As one of my clients, you are treated as an individual and my nutritional therapy programmes are personalised, based on your individual needs.
My recommendations are based on the most up to date scientific evidence and backed up by clinical research and experience.

I am a registered practitioner with the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, you can be confident that I am trained and qualified to the highest standards in Nutritional Science and clinical practice of Nutritional Therapy. I am clinically trained in Naturopathic principles and Functional medicine. I completed an intensive three year academic programme, covering in-depth studies of Bio-Medicine and Nutritional Science, plus 200 hours of clinical practice at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London.
