Here’s how I work…

I work with my clients over a specific time period, to see real changes in health, symptoms and weight.  You need a period of time to adjust to a new eating plan, implement new habits, achieve your goals, consider clinical testing and assess and review your supplement programme.

A one-off consultation is unlikely to give you the kind of support you need for longer term change, to get the results you really want.   It takes time for your body to get out of balance and usually takes up to 12 weeks for the body to readjust, for symptoms to disappear and to see real changes in your health and weight.

For this reason, my packages include nutritional therapy consultations and health coaching over a 12 week period.  A 12 week programme enables us to work together through your nutrition plan more regularly, to implement new habits and achieve health goals step by step, review any clinical testing, assess supplement programmes and review your progress.  This is more motivating and supportive and will result in a more successful outcome for you.

Nutritional therapy consultations can be conducted in person at the Well Woman Clinic in Barcelona or online video / phone consultations.  For the first consultation, face-to-face is preferable where possible.

What packages include:

A 12 week 1:1 Nutritional Therapy Package consists of nutritional therapy consultations and motivational health coaching to support and help you implement recommendations.  My packages typically involve the following:

  • Initial Consultation - Nutrition & Health Assessment.

  • Follow-up Consultations - to review your symptoms, nutrition and lifestyle programme.

  • Health coaching sessions - to keep you motivated, on track and set goals.

  • Personalised nutrition & lifestyle plans, bespoke to your needs.

  • Medication and nutrient interaction evaluation if applicable.

  • Food diary and nutritional intake analysis & review.

  • Health / Lifestyle / Nutrition information-sheets relevant to you.

  • Recipes / meal plans / shopping lists - to support your plan.

  • Professional Supplement Programme if necessary (cost of supplements NOT included).

  • Access to Functional Testing (when appropriate) & test interpretations (cost of tests NOT included).

  • Ongoing research relevant to your individual case.

  • Weekly, bi-weekly or regular contact depending on your chosen level of support.

    I’ll contact you at our appointment time, on the number you provided. We’ll explore your health issues and see if we are a good match to work together, before you decide to commit.

  • STEP 5

    If you feel I’m the right therapist for you and we are a good fit to work together, then we can get started on your new health journey. Through our nutritional therapy sessions, I’ll guide, inform and support you back to optimal health. If you decide not to go ahead, I can share other resources to help you get what you need.
